Japanese beancurd skin

Ingredients
1cup water/stock
5 tbsp sugar
3-4 tbsp soy sauce

Steps
1. Wash n squeeze dry beancurd skin pouches
(may want to boil in water for a few minutes to reduce oil)
2. Cook mixture till boiling n sugar melted in meanwhile,cut open e pouches
3. Add in beancurd pouches n cook under low-med heat for abt 10-15mins.
4. When done,remove beancurd pouches and slightly squeeze excess liquid out (but not too dry)
